To keep a Credit Card on-file, email a completed Credit Card Authorization to ar@westernlogistics.com.
To initiate a shipment, email a completed Bill of Lading to the terminal nearest the shipment origin. Find our terminal locations and contact information here.
To submit a claim, email a completed Claims Form to claims@westernlogistics.com
A NAFTA Certificate of Origin must be completed for any Canada/U.S. or U.S./Canada cross-border shipment. Please provide a copy to our driver when the shipment is picked up to avoid delays.
